02How do I top up my account?
Load your wallet using mobile money or card. Credits can then be purchased using wallet balance.
03Do SMS credits expire?
Wallet top-up credits do not expire. Promotional or bonus credits may have an expiry date, which is always shown clearly.
04Can I use a custom sender ID?
Yes. You can register your business name as the sender. Network approval typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
05Is there an API for developers?
Yes. FlashSMS provides a REST API, API-key authentication, webhook receipts, and complete OpenAPI documentation.
